100 "high user" householders - Email's Written per Week
A rather surprising result was that some people wrote replies to almost all their email. 3-5 a week.
Email is not like postal mail. Much email is some sort of announcement, from a retailer, from a club or organisation. Perhaps it's a newsletter, weekly or monthly. So you only need to respond to a tiny fraction of the mail coming in.
All of the people in the top percentile were getting more than 140 letters a week and writing more than 35 letters a week.
