Like it or not, this is a global world. Each of us has to adapt to that in our own way.
By talking to each other, an elite group of people are changing the future.
To become one of them, you need to do two things.
Find people like yourself
There is a simple principle to all learning. We learn from other people, and we learn best from people who are like ourselves. Your first task is to find some people like yourself. Join a "Community of Practice".
Join TWO social networks
There are hundreds of online social networks, but I don't want to confuse you.
I'm going to talk about only two.
LinkedIn is a very strong business network with excellent search facilities.
The other network I'm recommending is Ryze.
I suggest you begin in the networking directory of this site. There is a lot of information there. Far more than you need now. Over time try to educate yourself, nobody else can do that, it's your own responsibility. If you need help, feel free to ask me.
